The rules like the Rule 10c-1 are welcome by retail because I'm sure there might well be issues related to Securities Loans. Not to mention that we don't happen to see the big picture, because the available data from private vendors is expensive and it's limited to some market participants,

This lack of accurate data and transparency leads to a poor performance in retails investments.

I'm really tthing that approving this kind of rule will improve the price discovery not only for lending securities.

This information should be is released at least in a daily manner, so all participants are informed about the situation of the market.

It is important not to leave any kind of exclusions because some participants might try to exploit these considerations.

When it is approved, I hope that the SEC enforces this and the rest of the rules you're working on, collecting the fines and also making sure that these fines are a real deterrant.

I'm an investor in Mexico and I'm investing in the USA's stock market.
