I support rules like this which try to balance the scale between retail and bigger players by shining light on how these big banks, firms, hedge funds, etc operate. For too long the big players have been able to play with in the dark and use their own rules. Now the game is different and retail and the public deserves full transparency from these players and a truly free market.
