As a financial professional, my mission is to help my clients achieve financial self sufficiency. By requiring companies to spend shareholder resources on hiring people based on something other than merit, and to require that they hire extra personnel to judge whether a company meets certain environmental laws that may actually harm their lives in the long run, this bill would require companies my clients invest in to spend money that could pay them additional dividends, or as employees pay them greater salaries, or cover those costs by raising prices of products / services, on personnel that do not help the company meet the needs of its owners, customers, vendors or supplier. Please explain in detail how this proposed rule will benefit the customers, employees, and owners of American businesses.
