As an investor I totally agree with this proposal. Nowadays, in the name of ESG, many funds are misleading investors making them to believe that they are investing in companies where ESG factors are an important concern to be taken into account. We all know that such a thing that is not measure doesn't exist so the requirement of detailing the factors they consider and how they implement them is the least that can be asked for. That could cause a significative correction in the value of those funds but it's the right thing to do
