October 13, 2022 Investor protection needs to be priority. There is a reason the term \"rug-pull\" is common in our markets. I am in favor of this rule. This sentiment is a step in the right direction. The proposed amendments to this rule are designed to increase investor protection by improving and clarifying the requirement for certain funds to adopt a policy to invest at least 80% of their assets in accordance with the investment focus that the funds name suggests, updating the rules notice requirements, and establishing recordkeeping requirements.
