I am a long time ESG investor, looking to migrate more of my investments to ESG-oriented funds. It is important to me that funds that claim or advertise an ESG screen follow through on their claims with valid ESG-based investment vehicle offerings.

On this basis I very much appreciate the SECs proposed changes to rules for investment advisory firms and financial advisers, and the appropriate naming of funds.

Today misrepresentation and misinformation permeate AmerIcan culture, to the detriment of American citizens. Please adopt these much needed rules so that consumers will know the products they invest in are accurately and transparently represented and in line with their values. Do not allow misleading terminology to attribute environmental focus where it does not exist.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this important matter.
