I am very concerned that these rules and the rule making process is not being executed in good faith. There appears to be a lack of concrete data on the process and a unusual swiftness in which these changes were proposes and voted on.
Moreover, a more concerning fact is that the months immediately preceeding and proceeding the release of these rules there has been a significant slowdown in the adjudication of Whistleblowr Claims. Is the Commission trying to delay the processing of Whistleblower Claims so they can apply these new rules? This deserves additional attention and I hope the SEC can take action to increase the confidence in the Whistlebloer Program and not decrease confidence.
