Dear Chairman Cox:
I am writing to urge you to uphold my rights as a shareholder to raise issues that are important to me regarding corporate management.
I strongly oppose any reduction of my rights that would be a consequence of Rule 14a-8.
It is important for corporations to be responsive to their shareholders.
Please let me know what action you intend to take on this issue.
