Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Thank you for your time. I find it very, very, very difficult to trust
your organization (the SEC) and the overall mission - as it's,
unfortunately, been shown over and over and over again and again and
again that the SEC truly cares not for the health and well-being of
Main Street, but Wall Street - at the end of the day... and month...
and year... and decade. That's ultimately true, there's no
point in attempting to deny it. Will it be the same for the century? I
hope not.

With that said, I welcome the chance for the SEC to rebuild the trust
and good-will it - along with the nation and world - so direly needs.
It may take years and years and even decades, but now is a good time
to start.

I support EDGAR modernization and defer to Mr. John Wooten of
BlockTransfer to speak to the nuance and intricacies of why.

Thank you, again, for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Dalton Zerlan
