All, The following items are being submitted in reference to the EDGAR Next Beta for suggestions and enhancements: 1. Delegation: Does the Subject Company and Co-registrants need to be delegated? 2. Annual Confirmation of Account CIK: The Action for Annual Confirmation is located on the My Accounts dashboard. However, when doing the review of the account one must click on the account to see and review the user information. We think for a better user experience, the Annual Confirmation button should be at the Account level. 3. Items per page display should remain defaulted once selected. For example, when the user changes the option to 10 the screen display reverts back to 5 automatically. 4.
