Although it is great that EDGAR gets a much needed update, a new interface and access does nothing when companies are dishonest in their filings and only have to face a small slap on the wrist in fines after profiting billions. It’s “cost of doing business”. I hope this also calls for an update to the “Paperwork Reduction Act” which will require more filing through EDGAR
