To Whom It May Concern,
I, Leon Gaban support the creation and SEC approval of a Bitcoin Cryptocurrencies ETF.
Around the globe we are witnessing the new creation of a brand new innovative asset market, one based on technology.
With SEC approval of these Cryptocurrency ETFs, the next generation of Americans will be gain safe exposure to a brand new asset class to invest in, one that has the potential to change the world for the better in fundamental ways. Some of those ways are yet to be imagined.
Further more, I hope the SEC considers a possible update to the Accredited Investor laws in regards to investing in securities. A lot of Americans are denied access to safe, high growth potential investment vehicles due to the high salary and asset ownership requirements.
However these same Americans are allowed the ability to gamble their savings away on horse races, slot machines and scratch tickets.
I fear that if nothing changes in these areas, more innovation, wealth and people will leave for more friendlier jurisdictions.
