I am opposed to the newest proposal by the sec.I believe this will leave the middle market totally unserved and put thousands of advisors and even more ot there staffs unemployed meaning everyone looses.
I personally am at the end of my carreer with an affluent clientel,however we will stop helping the middle income people we do help.My part time person will get layed off.
England went down this regulation and now more people are looking to the government as they lost a 125,000 out 150,000 advisors and all of the support people.result disaster for the public
