Please do not let this go through. It just opens the door for new share classes that would not identify the fees or reduce the fees to the bottom. At the bottom, there is no incentive for a broker like me to sell mutual funds. Good advisors need to be compensated. Without an advisor most people will be calling into an 800# to place uninformed trades. Without compensation and agent will not be able to work for the client. We are already subject to full disclosure and Code of Ethics to identify all fees. Why are we focusing on this? Where were you when Bernie Madoff was stealing right under your noses. Please
