As a CFP Investment Advisor it is very important that we have different share classes to offer clients, especially with smaller accounts since these accounts are just as important and we need to be compensated for our advice to the client, since our industry requires regulation and there is a cost to maintaining a practice in providing advice. This is also important for short term monies that may only be there a year or two due to market conditions and/or objectives of the client. Paying a load would not make sense. All aspects of this need to be considered for both the client and the advisor and should be disclosed to the client in making this decision. Add a form that the client understands why and the purpose of this share class.
