As I have been a RR for 27 years please consider the following: I support the transparency effort in renaming "12b-1 fee" and the associated simple to understand language.
But, please do not shift fee structure of mutual funds to Broker Dealers. The 5k to 500k investor would not get the current level of service provided under the present arrangement!
