Regarding File Number S7-15-10, I have no problem with disclosure of fees. Unfortunately, I do have an issue with Broker Dealers being given the freedom to "fire sale" service fees ultimately causing the investor to shop based on price rather than on quality of service. Without adequate compensation, the broker becomes unavailable for providing guidance to the masses in an already complicated marketplace.
