Sirs: I want to voice my concern over this proposed legislation. I am an adivisor. This would have a crippling effect on my practice. We have already seen the ill effects of laws that cause conflicts of interest in regard to clients. Let's not make the problem worse by putting reps in direct competition with their broker dealers.
Please rethink this idea.
