The elimination or restructuring/reduction of 12-b1 fees is ill-conceived. Advisors who collect these fees are actually UNDERPAID currently for ongoing service and assistance to clients. Elmination or reduction of these ongoing payments will force advisors to leave clients UNATTENDED and without concern. It is a really bad idea to do away with or reduce these fees. Please support keeping 12-b1 fees in place as is!!!
