the 12b-1 fees are icing on the cake for the broker companies that are already making money on ever transaction made in the market. Greed will be the power that defeats this country when the people get fed up with the greed and corruption then these Companies will be crying for a bailout Just like the banks did after their corruption caused them to end up in a losing situation, BY THEIR OWN ACTIONS. It wont be long till the greedy hands digging in our pockets will find only lint as we will find other ways to invest our cash.
