Investors should only be required to pay for services they actually use.

In many cases, the Mutual Fund Distribution Fees currently authorised serve only to add profit to the bottom line of the institution charging them.

I and many other private investors prefer to invest with no advice from any institution, therefore I/we should not be required to subsidize them.
