I am very much opposed to 12b-l ruling on mutual funds. I think Wall Street brokers have taken enough of the working people's money. If this goes into effect I will take any monies I have in mutual funds out of my brokerage firms. For once I would like the SEC to do the right thing for the underdogs of America. Had the SEC being doing their job I feel the past three years in the market would be entirely different.
