I oppose ALL 12b-1 fees. This is requiring current owners to pay for marketing to non-owners - not something I would sign up for. It appears to me to be in the same category as the ADP line on the new car contract. You know, the Additional Dealer Profit?
This fee should not be allowed in or on any mutual fund.
