This note is to express my objection to 12b-1 fees charged by fund companies.
The fee leads to no benefit to me, the owner of the fund. The use of the 12b-1 fee by the "fund" does not lay out what is done with the money. It is money I, once again - the owner, must pay to benefit the administrators of the fund.
Wall Street has for far too long been a network of "good old boys" making sure each other become lavishly well off at the expense of the "little people" and with no sense of shame or responsibility to those whose money they are absconding.
12b-1 fees should be eliminated.
