As a concerned investor I am contacting you about the proposed amendments (S7-14-19).
I'm a frequent OTC trader and already experiencing the results if you would adopt the above stated amendments. OTC markets should not be afected by these new rules in a negative way. Market is very nervous and I know of investors already changing to trading crypto currency instead.
If you adopt the new rules, and companies that filed form 15, will be affected, various advantages trading OTC stocks will be gone. In my belief the nail in the coffin.
I urge you to reconsider and not adapt or at least rivise your amendments to protect the people that invested under ther old rules.
