Dear SEC,
Price discovery, even with an a large liquidity discount, is a wonderful thing. Please do not do anything to alter the trading equilibrium of these securities. Allow market forces to do their thing.
Improve the market by improving access to information, not by handing the keys to entrenched management and/or strangling shareholders.
