Respectfully, please reconsider the proposed rule change. I trade full time for a living, primarily OTC stocks. The proposed rule changes would significantly impact the entire OTC market's health negatively. As a small time investor, every trade matters and the positions I have held long term could be wiped out or erased, causing losses that I, along with most traders, cannot afford.
