File Number S7-14-19

Too harmful to investors, there is not enough information in the public for investors to make educated decisions about their investments and how they will be affected by this proposal

Doesn't solve the problem of scammers, they can still target OTC Current companies

Should be more specific, stocks that filed a 15-12g 10+ years ago and have not provided updated information since, then give clear instructions on what they need to do, File again etc.

Many companies cannot afford to keep their filings up to date and need dark/defunct status piggyback exception to stay in business till they can afford to bring filings current

This proposal is too extreme and will cause un-needed harm to good companies and investors

There needs to be more criteria in this proposal to prevent panic in the market

This proposal will not protect investors, it will harm them. Rather than punishing scammers and taking away a means for them to scam others, this will punish unsuspected investors and hurt the market by making capital invested in these securities worthless

Please consider these objections, thank you for your time

Sincerely,
Joshua Marino
