this rule is ridiculous. if sec enforces this then the otc will not be the otc might as well call it nasdaq and stop having minimal listing req. on nasdaq. sec does not understand this does more damage then good. long term holders that have been holding bags for years getting sent to the greys will leave them with no chance of reverse merger or reinstatement or revival. this is all about money. the sec wants more money. so sad. and tbh i have lost money and got scammed more on nasdaq stocks than otc but at eod we all make our choice to buy or sell nonone can stop that. this will actuslky make more scams come into play and good small businesses trying to get current with loyal shareholders will get screwed
