Good Evening, The proposed rule change would totally while out investors. Not only that it would immediately put numerous broker dealers out of business. This is ridiculous. A rule change like this would totally destroy the OTC Markets. I would argue this rule change is not legal as well, you can’t make a change this significant at this stage. I am sure there are a list of lawsuits lined up due to this issue. I have already spoken with numerous people and lawyer who plan to file a large lawsuit against the SEC if this rule is made official. Sent from my iPhone
