Dear Sir/Madam, I write to ask you to please reconsider the proposed rule, S7-14-19 (i.e. to block quotes for companies traded on the OTC markets which are not deemed as current in their information). Thank you for your intended protection of retail investors. Looking at the proposed rule from another viewpoint I believe it may eliminate the ability of retail investors to sell their holdings resulting in permanent capital losses. Furthermore, the proposal also precludes smaller investors/funds from improving the efficiency of the OTC market through their provision of price discovery. For these reasons I kindly ask you to forego the implementation of rule S7-14-19. Kind regards, Gaurang Merani
