Given the recent debacle in these instruments, I believe that 10% would be a more appropriate risk retention percentage subject to the stated provisions. Hopefully, the largest
loopholes are closed on this issue, but I'm sure someone,
somewhere is right now coming up with ways to circumvent
the new rules. I just see 10% as a significant enough retention to mitigate significant foul play. Thank you
