I read the article seeking public opinion. Although I do not have any formal training in this field I feel like this would be a good idea. It is my understanding thatone of the reasons that we are having this financial issue is the banks were able to make unsafe loans and incur none of the risk. This sounds like a reasonable way to make them make better decision s and less risky loans. In a way this would make them have some skin in the game. I would also hope some attention would be paid to changing some of the existing regulations. I have heard that so far that they have not been charged with breaking any laws. I feel then that the laws should be changed. Thank you for seeking public opinion in this matter.
