Thank you for opportunity to make a comment without extensive effort to try and reach the appropriate staff. 5% does not seem to be enough. The financial industry has become too complex and complicated for anyone to understand except those who crafted it for their own person gain. When the Federal Reserve looses control of its ability to stabalize the monetary system the American citizen looses in the long run. Dissipointing news of corruption on Wall Steet will only deter future investment. We need to return to the basics as has been the mainstay in the accounting world and endorce (GAAP) principals in the investment world. Needless to say the Federal Courts need stringent punishment for those who abuse our financial markets for selfish gains. We are loosing our ability to regulate what has become a monster within the finacial world. Thank you
