The proposed requirement for 20% down on a home loan will be devastating to the real estate market and should be dropped immediately...
Not only is this going to hurt the people who won't be able to buy a home because of it...but it will DESTROY property values...
Obviously the people who want to see this happen are the people who have money and are more concerned about their bank dividends than they are the bulk of the people in the United States...
Please do whatever can be done to squelch this as soon as possible.
