I am shocked that the federal government wants to invade the insurance industry they have already regulated our country into bankruptcy with securities.Let's not kill the only industry (insurance) that still works.The state insurance departments do a much better job of regulation for index annuities (fixed annuities) this should stay as is.This will create many job losses and I would like to know who came up with this stupid idea. I promise to follow this carefully so I know who to blame.I vote no to change
