AGENT FOR OVER 23 YEARS AND I FEEL THAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT FINRA A TRADE ASSOCIATION EXERTING INAPPROPRIATE INFLUENCE OVER THE SEC FOR THEIR FINANCIAL GAIN THE INDEXED ANNUITY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCES ONE COMPLAINT FOR EVERY $109 MILLION OF PREMIUM RECEIVED MALONE V. ADDISON INS.SAID THAT "INDIVIDUALS WHO PURCHASE FIXED INDEX ANNUITIES DO NOT ASSUME ANY OF THE SAME RISKS AND REWARDS THAT INVESTORS ASSUME WHEN INVESTING IN MUTUAL FUNDS, VARIABLE ANNUITIES AND OTHER SECURITIES" I AM ONE OF THE 100,000 ANNUITY AGENTS THAT WOULD LOSE MY LIVELIHOOD?
