In my opinion, allowing this Exemption for Finders Assisting Small Businesses with Capital Raising is the most important exemption the SEC can consider. I highly recommend approving it as soon as possible, as it will do more to open the door to capital for small to medium-sized businesses than anything else. It effectively addresses the space in which most BD's are not motivated to play because the capital raise is insufficient to muster their attention and the attention of the larger and institutional capital sources.
