To SEC Small Business Division: I wanted to reach out in support of the new Finders proposal your office has submitted as an exemption order. If it passes it will allow many more small businesses to find meaningful work with individuals to help raise capital and connect good investors for smaller investments. Often the capitalistic forces of small business allow them to work more efficiently in structuring investments and connecting with the perfect investors, and allowing Finders to fluidly connect these interested parties will further enhance this.
