Good afternoon, I would like to write in opposition of the PDA rule. I use robo-investing because it is much less expensive than traditional investing. I like that I was able to start with just a few hundred dollars. While it’s possible someone could write malicious code, it’s equally possible that a malicious person could defraud thousands. It has already happened many times. At least with AI, multiple people can review the code to make sure it looks good. After that, the machine makes financial decisions based on data instead of feelings, instincts, or personal greed. This is a step forward for people. It makes investing more accessible with a lower barrier to entry. It also protects consumers to a certain extent from human greed. Please do not enact the PDA rule. Kindly, Morgan Sickman
