Please consider requiring that mutual funds companies provide statements that provide costs incurred in dollars for each account, attributable to each fund and including "advisor" fees. Banks give statements that are accurate down to the penny. I am sure that fund companies have detailed figures (down to the penny) on how much they are making off of each "investor".

Currently information is provided as fund fees. This is too abstract and difficult to calculate in many cases. Providing a statement (like a bank statement) will allow each "investor/saver" to consider and compare costs in real dollars. The cost of providing this information to fund companies is likely minimal, as I am sure that they already have the information.
