Chairman Clayton,
I support the establishment of a Summary Shareholder Report that is to be sent to an investor via the mail, until such investor specifies he/she prefers electronic delivery.
I believe it is important to offer all investors the opportunity / option to receive paper-reports and information via US mail, as an alternative to electronic delivery. Many older investors prefer receiving hard copy reports, and would be significantly disadvantaged if prevented from receiving hard copy reports via the mail. Allen Weaver
