For a few months I was attempting to call the customer service number listed on the paper notification. I was NEVER able to get through. The call was either unanswered, aborted, or on hold for more than 10 minutes. My financial advisor filed a request for assistance which was not answered. I have been going to fundreports.com for several months now, requesting all reports in paper mailed form. 

I have submitted about a dozen ID numbers for this request. As of today we have received NO paper reports. 



It appears that the funds have absolutely no intention of sending paper reports. If the reports were indeed available 2 months ago when I was offered the option to get a paper report, since the paper reports was never sent the information will be obsolete. That is, if indeed it is ever sent. 



Since the majority of polled individuals stated that they preferred paper reports the DEFAULT should have been paper with an option to go on line. This was not 'enhance' individuals experience it was a ploy to save money for the MF which apparently have no intention of allowing an individual to receive paper reports.
