I’m writing because my family and I were affected by the economic collapse of 2008, and we don’t want it to happen again. our brilliant son in law finished his masters degree and his law degree 2 years ago to find NO JOBS IN LAW. our other son in law cannot keep his business going enough to support his family, so our daughter--mother of 3 children--is working full time.
The greed of wall street must be checked. they have bought our lawmakers and write the laws for their own benefit. our lawmakers have become pimps who sell our health and economy to the highest roller. The rich must stop feeding upon the carcasses of the poor. it's unamerican!
We know that Wall Street greed and outrageous pay practices were a major cause of the collapse. now we are looking to a double dip.
we must change pay and bonuses to follow pay for outcome (success of the venture) rather than pay for service. this practice would improve the financial sector as well as the health care sector. (and delay those fees and bonuses for 7 years--collectible only from successful ventures.
