Subject: Comments for File Number S7-12-11

I’m writing because my family and I were affected by the economic collapse of 2008, and we don’t want it to happen again.

One way to change the incentives so Wall Street doesn’t collapse our economy again would be for regulators to set up a way for shareholders to grab back ill-gotten gains.

If it turns out that the profits in a given year were built on shoddy practices that become clear in the out-years, those bonus payments should be forfeited.

Thank you for considering my comment:
Aside from the fact that the economy has been DELIBERATELY devastated by "Wall ST.' which has led to my daughter becoming unemployed from under employed which is harming her and her child and left them disenfranchised and impoverished and I unable to help because I am disabled and the Republicult is making sure people like me and the poor get even poorer; I have begun to truly hate America! I am ashamed to be called an American because the death-for-profit corpocracy have bullied and over-ridden the human and civil rights of the citizenry and undermined the future generations in favor of short term personal avarice. I can't decide whether to hitchhike to D.C. and torch myself on the capital steps in protest or hope for the inevitable revolution to come while I'm still alive as the robber barons continue to overthrow the country by economic terrorism as Bin Laden wished. SHAME ON THE TRAITORS!!!!
