I don’t want to see/feel another economic collapse of 2008 again.
Corporate and Wall Street pay and bonuses need to be tied to performance and shareholders need to be empowered and encouraged to both control pay/bonuses and to take back inappropriate gains later when the performance picture becomes clear.
We need to see rules in place now, instead of continuing to go around in historic circles of disruption and anguis
If it turns out that the profits in a given year were built on shoddy practices that become clear in the out-years, those bonus payments should be forfeited.
