I’m writing because my family and I were affected by the economic collapse of 2008, and we don’t want it to happen again.
Wall Street has shown over and over that they will always choose short term gain over economic stability. Any pay incentive should not take place until the decisions being rewarded have shown themselves to be viable after several years have passed.
