I am oppose to any repeal of this law. This law would give hedge funds and brokerage houses the legal right to manipulate stock. The SEC has not enforced the law against naked shorting. It sits in the same bed that the criminals who engage in this practice. Since when , I investor, cannot get information on how much naked shorting is going on in my stock. I have as much right as an individual investor to know their trading strategies as they do mine. If you are to keep the markets fair for everyone, the pratice of not delivering stock is disgraceful. What compelling reason is there to repeal this law? The reason is to allow the crooks on wall street to do more of the same. The SEC has been misearable in protecting the small investor. Enough of this. All parties must deliver stock the same as all investors must pay for their shares within 3 days. I say no to this manipulative bookeeping of IOU'S...Let's make the markets honest. Where is the SEC?
