I was amazed that the grandfather clause was ever initiated. It is rewarding thieves
and should have never been approved.
There should be no Grandfather clause.
The investors did not invest in a company to have hedge funds and brokers to naked short a stock to its doom.
With no intent to ever cover ( STEALING )( FRAUD )
Then goverment officials say it is ok we will grand father your stealing
What about the company what about the investors
I have lost alot of money due to these inexcusable practices
