As I have stated before,regulation sho. is inadequate at best and needs to be modified so companies are not permitted to stay on this list almost indefinately. The grandfather clause needs to be abolished immediately and without question.The grandfather clause is nothing more than legalized robbery , it serves as an avenue for market manipulators to rape the average investor and to drive companies into bankruptcy, all the while the persons or companies manipulating the price of the security are becoming very wealthy.we need a fair and honest market place in order to compete with the rest of the world. If we do not create such an enviornment, I feel that we will continue to lose business to foregn markets, and will eventually crumble into ruins without recovery.
